I've come to think that having God in my life is the ultimate in cool, not having God, now that's definitely uncool, but that gives me a chance to practice tolerance of all those uncool hipsters who still think they're where it's at!
(I was familiar with your "frog diary" from the work at the Silos, and I started reading it today from 3/31 going backwards to the beginning of the month. As I was reading it, it dawned on me that H.P. must be your Higher Power (not Hewlett-Packard). Of course when I read the first blog from 3/1 you reveal that yourself. Being a religious/spiritual person has felt "uncool" to me too- I either keep quiet about it, or feel the need to explain my version of Christianity and hope people don't just write me off. So I can understand your "shyness".)

This is my favorite. I think we all are a little sheepish about our HP. I think those who are not have given a bad impression...
